National Meat Association’s staff has knowledge and experience with meat industry issues including federal inspection, labor relations, general government regulation, as well as grass roots problem solving. NMA can also help with technical questions in meat microbiology, processing, packaging, labeling, rapid methods for microbial testing, and proximate, sensory and textural analyses of meat products. When NMA members have a question, the association is always available.
